Early Educator Resources

CLEO is guided by three strategic values:

  • We will intentionally and creatively connect high quality experiences and opportunities
  • We will support optimal development, educational and family success, and the well-being of young children and their families.
  • We are guided by a fundamental commitment and demonstration of high quality, research informed, and uniquely designed to meet community needs.

As part of this, we are committed to embedding professional development at all levels and offering a variety of resources to support those that are working with young children and their families.

The TACSEI takes the research that shows which practices improve the social-emotional outcomes for young children with, or at risk for, delays or disabilities and creates FREE products and resources to help decision-makers, caregivers, and service providers apply these best practices in the work they do every day. Most of these free products are available on their website to immediately view, download and use.

The Center on the Social and Emotional Foundations for Early Learning (CSEFEL) is focused on promoting the social emotional development and school readiness of young children birth to age 5. CSEFEL is a national resource center funded by the Office of Head Start and Child Care Bureau for disseminating research and evidence-based practices to early childhood programs across the country.

The National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) is a professional membership organization that works to promote high-quality early learning for all young children, birth through age 8, by connecting early childhood practice, policy, and research. We advance a diverse, dynamic early childhood profession and support all who care for, educate, and work on behalf of young children.
